AB InBev is a global company with headquarters scattered across the world, especially in the Americas and Europe. Maintaining internal process unity among its branches worldwide is a hypercomplex task for a company of this magnitude.

The challenge of executing processes consistently directly affects how data is generated throughout the company, making it even more challenging for the AB InBev strategic team to interpret and leverage that data effectively. Imagine having a company with a global presence, but each region generates data in different ways, requiring the unification of these data sets for strategic decision-making. Quite a challenge, isn't it?

The challenge of executing processes consistently directly affects how data is generated throughout the company, making it even more challenging for the AB InBev strategic team to interpret and leverage that data effectively. Imagine having a company with a global presence, but each region generates data in different ways, requiring the unification of these data sets for strategic decision-making. Quite a challenge, isn't it?

To move towards this desired unity, AB InBev has implemented a program called Aurora, which trains teams from various regions worldwide to align their processes and data according to the central needs of the company.

To facilitate team training and, more importantly, ignite the interest of the people who drive AB InBev's success, Aurora created the Aurora HUB. More than just a corporate university, the HUB serves as an education nucleus focused on teaching through incredible experiences led by internal and external experts.

To move towards this desired unity, AB InBev has implemented a program called Aurora, which trains teams from various regions worldwide to align their processes and data according to the central needs of the company.

To facilitate team training and, more importantly, ignite the interest of the people who drive AB InBev's success, Aurora created the Aurora HUB. More than just a corporate university, the HUB serves as an education nucleus focused on teaching through incredible experiences led by internal and external experts.

In this project, in collaboration with the nw2 team, my role was to create the name, develop the visual identity, and design the functionality of the Aurora HUB. This involved determining its key features, learning formats, and identifying the primary target audience for the project.

To accomplish this, we engaged in extensive conversations with members of the Aurora and AB InBev teams, as well as conducted thorough research to better understand the program's needs, explore the most effective solutions, and devise an actionable plan.

In this project, in collaboration with the nw2 team, my role was to create the name, develop the visual identity, and design the functionality of the Aurora HUB. This involved determining its key features, learning formats, and identifying the primary target audience for the project.

Given the sensitive nature of the information that contributes to AB InBev's position as the world's largest brewer, I am unable to provide further details about the HUB. Nevertheless, I can assure you that being part of a globally impactful project that strengthens the world's leading brewer is immensely rewarding.
