Nossa Gente Ambev (similar to "work at Ambev") is the Instagram page created by the Ambev People Management team, part of Ambev, the world's largest brewery, and the fourth-largest Brazilian company. Its main objective is to showcase what it's like to work at Ambev, presenting the daily lives of employees, the physical spaces, and what makes the company one of the best places to work in Brazil.
Moreover, the page highlights Ambev's commitment to important societal issues such as environmental causes, diversity, and inclusion.

Initially created for a Culture Festival organized by Ambev, the page later transformed into Nossa Gente Ambev. Starting with around a thousand followers, it has now grown to nearly 14 thousand and has become a verified account on Instagram.
In this project, working alongside the new ways of working design team, my role was to adapt the visual identity initially created for the festival to the new context, transitioning from an event page to the essence of Ambev. I also created textual and graphic content for the page's feed and stories.

The vibrant colors reflect the lively, active, and dynamic nature of the company's culture. We also heavily utilize illustrations of diverse, joyful, and united individuals, symbolizing Ambev's commitment to diversity. Additionally, we feature photographs of actual employees, aiming to convey that the company is built by those who work within it.
